That is when I discovered the loose eSata connector. I booted the Acronis rescue disk and could not find my backup drive.
ACRONIS TRUE IMAGE 2014 PLUS PACK FULL
I thought no problem, a full backup should have completed early that morning and I had not done any work yet so I will just do a restore from the full backup. I tried to boot again and the same problem. This recovery runs in the background and really sloooows down the system.

This system has 2 1T drives running RAID Mode 0 and a full test and repair of the "dirty" drives takes about 8 hours to complete. I attempted reboot and the system hung, only option was power off which marks the RAID drives as "dirty". On 5/19 I came to my office and found a message that a restart was needed because updates had been installed - don't remember what was updated. While troubleshooting this problem I must have bunked the eSata connector on the back of the computer (these connectors do not have any latching mechanism - the connector was in the socket but not fully seated). I have 5 USB hubs on this system and I discovered the power supply for one of the hubs failed. On 5/12 I came into my office and some USB devices were not functional. The good news is that after the weekly is done on Saturdays, I manually copy the full backup to my Synology NAS. I do daily incremental and weekly full backups to an external eSata 2T drive. I have been using Acronis on this HP HPE490t since I purchased it October 2010. I will check for my Email every morning this week for the incremental and for the full backup on Saturday. When I examined my scripts yesterday after clicking "Save" my Email information was correct, however, displaying the options always shows blank entries. I must have not clicked "Save" when I set everything up on Sunday. I received an Email after the incremental completed early this morning. Can I manually edit the variables in the script? I only want to get E-mail in the event of failure but I did not see a way to select that from the option settings. I also noticed in your script that there is a variable for operation_fail that is set to true.

Do you know where they are saved on a Windows 7 system? What is the file type? I have not been able to locate the backup script to view it.
ACRONIS TRUE IMAGE 2014 PLUS PACK 64 BIT
I am running Windows 7 Pro 64 bit with an Intel i7 extreme processor. It is still possible that I forgot to select SAVE yesterday so I will see what happens tomorrow morning. That is when I noticed that checking again latter everything was blank. I assumed that I forgot to press SAVE so I did it again. When I looked this morning at the backup options I noticed everything was blank. I did not have an E-mail this morning so I checked the logs and the backup was successful. I set this up yesterday and I do an incremental backup every morning just after midnight. Adjustments may be needed within the Anti-virus or mal-ware program. If the notification test is not successful, then the issue could be several other factors-not necessarily Acronis.

So the problem appears to be the lacking redisplay of the stored information but notification does work-at least for me. When I open up edit Disk Backup -> Disk Backup Options -> Notifications again, everything is blank. I click OK in Disk Backup Options and then SAVE in Disk Backup.

I request a test message and everything works - test message is received. I set everything to notify me about operation state in edit Disk Backup -> Disk Backup Options -> Notifications.
ACRONIS TRUE IMAGE 2014 PLUS PACK UPDATE
I also have problem #2 with 2012 Home Plus Pack, Update 2, build 7119. Has anyone else had the same issues getting email notification to work? I have a Charter email address with usual POP 3 and SMTP settings. This could very well be cauing the issue, or is it not saving the settings because the email test fails?
ACRONIS TRUE IMAGE 2014 PLUS PACK PASSWORD
Acronis True Image Home 2012 Home Plus Pack, Update 2, build 7119 is not SAVING the email notification settings (SMTP, POP3, Username, Password etc.). Acronis True Image Home 2012 Home Plus Pack, Upate 2, build 7119 is not sending email notifications even though I am sure the settings are correct and other programs (such as WinZip and SpeedFan) have no trouble sending notifications to the same email address with the same POP3 and SMTP settings).Ģ. I noticed a couple of issues that I already had with previous builds still not working.ġ. I just updated Acronis True Image Home 2012 Plus Pack to version "Update 2, build 7119".
